What is the purpose of this campaign?
As users navigate around their learning management system, they will inevitably require help to utilize some of the tools. Equipping users with the ability to help themselves, not only reduces the number of support requests for your institution but also empowers users. The purpose of this campaign is to promote the use of the Impact Support Center, by informing instructors & students how the Support Center works. That is, that contextualized help is readily available to them without navigating away from the page they are on, no matter where they are in the LMS.
