Problem statement:
On several occasions, I have been asked to post a message for a particular course or several course sections. There is no easy way to target a message to a course.
Proposed solution:
Course-based messaging would allow targeting a course or group of courses within a larger subaccount. Recently, I was asked to provide specific messaging to faculty that teach a course so we could guarantee that the faculty saw the message. We also wanted a message to inform students viewing our campus-based Student Resource courses about changes to the course so students could find resources that had been updated. Thank you.
