[Reporting] Add mobile/mobile app data view on User Activity page in Insights

Problem statement:

Currently, the Insights User Activity page provides user activity data for all users and their browser sessions. There's no option to see (or drill down to) the data for mobile-related/mobile app-related data. Within Canvas itself, there's no option for this. It would be nice if admins can view this data from Impact (and for teachers to view this data via the Impact Course Report LTI)

Proposed solution:

On the Insights User Activity View, add a view version for the mobile apps for each section: Active Users, Total Session Times (Hours), Average Session Time (Minutes), Page Views. This will allow admins to switch between original view and mobile view and have a comparison of data (and will also allow teachers to see the activity of their students using the mobile app in the Impact Course Report LTI).
