[Reports] Include course information in Insights Report

Problem statement:

While data from Insights can be filtered down to subaccount level, it would be helpful to include the course information where the monitor was triggered. For example, we have a monitor tracking the file download icon in a syllabus page. It would be helpful to our Report Viewers if they can see/access/download a report that displays what courses the users were in when they triggered the monitor.

Proposed solution:

In the Insights Report page (for Tool Adoption and My Reports), perhaps include in the Export dropdown an option to download the list of courses that the active user was in when the monitor was triggered. This will allow users who have access to generating/downloading the reports to have more useful data in their hands.
