[Settings] Move the Help icon

Problem statement:

The blue question mark help icon sits right on the Next button. It makes it very difficult to click the next button when in a course. This button really needs to be moved.

Proposed solution:

Move the icon.

User role(s):

admin,instructor,student,ta,designer,observer

Hi @StaceyDavis1 ! Your Impact Admin (if you aren't sure who that is, I'd reach out to your Canvas Admin to start) can move the support center by following the steps in this guide. Additionally, you may be able to drag your support center button up or down on your page to a space that is more convenient for you!

This functionality already exists, but is controlled by the Impact admin.
