[Support Center] Improve Support Center Experience in Mobile App

Problem statement:

Whether it's the Support Center button or the Support Center link Launch URL via the Help menu, the Impact Support Center is not really usable in the mobile app. In our case, we have the Impact Support Center Launch URL added via our Help menu. When in the mobile app and when a user launches the Impact Support Center, the URL opens the Canvas dashboard in the mobile browser where the user has to click the Impact Support Center again from the Help menu. Viewing the Support Center from the mobile browser works fine, but it's an extra step for those who are using the Canvas apps.

Proposed solution:

When a user launches the Impact Support Center within a Canvas mobile app, it would be great if it would have a pop-up within the mobile app. Worth considering too if the Support Center is too bulky for the mobile app view to have a simpler interface. Something like a pop-up with the following fields: How Can I Help You? [search bar] Or Select an Option: [dropdown list of categories] Couldn't find your answer? Contact Us: [Email button] [Phone button] [Chat button] This allows a user to just access the Impact Support Center from within the mobile app as opposed to being redirected to the mobile browser view of Canvas and having to access the Impact Support Center again.
