[Support Center] Improved Rich Content and HTML editor

Problem statement:

Problem 1. When editing an article or message, we more often than not have to turn the Rich Edit Mode On. This is a counterintuitive extra step.Impact Rich Edit Mode.JPG

 

 

Problem 2. The Impact Rich Content editor is in our experience a bit "buggy". For example, it spontaneously formats parts of the text in a different font or size. In the HTML editor, parts of the source code are difficult to distinguish or search for.

Proposed solution:

Solution 1. Make the Rich Edit Mode On the default setting (or remove the Rich Edit Mode Off entirely).

Solution 2. It would be nice if the Impact RCE and HTML editor supported more functionalities from the Canvas New Rich Content and a pretty HTML editor.
