[Support Center] Provide option to link Impact Support Contact Options within a message

Problem statement:

Currently we're just using the mailto link so when the user clicks it, their local email app just prefills the To field to our email address. It would be great if instead of that, they can utilize the Support Center escalation contacts, specifically the email contact option. Impact Support was able to make this work via a script, but I would like to have this feature implemented as an option when creating a message.

Proposed solution:

In the RCE option to Insert an Impact Support Article, provide an option to add an Impact Support escalation route (email would work best for our use case) so that when the user clicks that link in the message, the Impact Support Center for that contact option pops up.
