Currently, there is not an OOTB context for DocViewer elements in SpeedGrader (comment, markup, annotation, etc.). It is also not possible to create a customer context.
Instructors, particularly in English and Literature, will mark up a lot of student papers in SpeedGrader and it would be nice to be able to see data based on those tools' usage.
