Problem statement:

It is impossible to share tool adoption report, meaning you must have access to view the data. This makes it difficult to report to senior staff, and add the data into external data analytics programs.

Proposed solution:

A download button that exports data in a csv format. If the data is exported as numbers instead of percentages it will have a broader usage. I do not think a copy of the graph is necessary.
