How can I select one of the Custom User Groups I've created on the Insights tab reports?

I want to use Custom User Groups I've created from Settings as the selected User Group for the Insight Reports I'm running, but I am unable to find the name of the custom group in the User Groups drop-down.

Thank you for the reply, but no, that does not help me. I am trying to run a Report on a custom user group, not send them Messages, Walkthroughs, or Articles.
