Theme Overview

As an administrator I would like to be able to provide my end-users with on demand walkthroughs so that they can access them at their convenience. 

What value could this provide to users?

  • Ability to provide users with on-demand Walkthroughs in the Support Center
  • Allowing end-users to chose when they want to start/continue walkthroughs that are most relevant to their support needs
  • Avoid over-saturating the end-users with messaging
