Missing Quest badge. How do I get it?

I am missing a Quest Badge under Rewards on my Profile.  How do I get it?  It is the INSTCON 2015 badge.  I attended, but the quest badge does not show up.  

Will the INSTCON 2017 quest badge automatically show up for people who attend or is there something that needs to be done to get it?
