Are you tired of putting your faculty on the surfboard with “training fins” when you try to prepare them for teaching with Canvas? We created a solution! Come learn how the Virginia Community College system banded together to create training for adjuncts that pulled off the “training fins” faster and allowed a smooth transition to Canvas. We will discuss how we created a traveling Roadshow and webinars to target those adjuncts who are difficult to reach and only have a little time on campus for training. We will discuss our successes and lessons learned. This creative model can be used from small institutions to large consortiums.
