Bio
Dr. Collins joined Texas Woman's University in the spring of 2013. She received a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio, an MS in Decision Information Systems from Arizona State University, and a PhD in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas. As the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator in the Center for Development, Design, and Delivery, Heidi serves as the Canvas technical expert within the TWU community, responsible for all LMS management activities including technical configuration, user/account management, settings, course shell management, role permissions, integration with publisher content, third-party applications, and TWU systems.
