What I’m looking forward to sharing with you.
Not every learner’s path is linear—and today’s institutions are meeting students where they are, whether that’s through targeted offerings or through flexible, credentialed, and workforce-aligned programs. I’m excited to walk you through how Canvas, Catalog, and Canvas Credentials can come together to support the full learner journey, from registration to real-world recognition.
We’ll even spotlight an exciting success story, a conversation I can’t wait to share that shows how one individual can make a big difference at an institution. I love hearing about how professionals and leaders are using our solutions to see tangible success that demonstrably help the long-term viability of programs and learner opportunities, and that’s exactly what Ashley and the New York School of Interior Design are doing. She’s doing so much on her own through Catalog, and I think her work underscores a common need across higher education, one that many will gravitate toward.
Lastly, when I reflect on this session and themes that we’ll touch on, it feels This work is personal to me. I have three kids, each on a different educational and career path—one in the Army, one heading back to school to find her passion, and one pursuing technical education. Tools like Canvas, Catalog, and Canvas Credentials represent more than features; they’re bridges to opportunity and access for learners like my own kids. That’s why I care deeply about helping institutions better reach learners and give them the opportunity to navigate design stackable, skills-based pathways that reflect the realities of modern learners.
Who I’m most excited to see in the audience.
