This session demonstrates how to automate Canvas tasks using the Canvas API with Postman and Google Apps Script. Attendees will see real-world solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency. Presenters will showcase implemented automations, including enrolling users into courses for special district initiatives and using the API to facilitate district-wide testing. Additionally, the presentation will also explore how non-coders can leverage AI to support their school or district initiatives, making automation more accessible to all. Participants will gain access to a library of ready-to-use scripts in a Canvas course, providing practical tools to enhance their own processes.
