Need Instructional Design contractor

We designed a self-paced course in Brightspace and have imported it to Canvas, our new LMS staring in September. The course pages are pretty rudimentary (maybe ugly) and the course needs a facelift. There are 12 modules about 50 submodules including 20 videos and 10 quizzes and assignments.

Is this the place I look to find instructional and graphic design specials to contract out to?

I am brand new to Canvas, and know nothing about the rules and conventions. You can send me to another site if this is the wrong place to look.
