File size limit for importing a course cartridge

I am running off of a free Canvas account and tried to import a course cartridge from another LMS (approximately 650MB) and received a message saying the file size is too big?  Is there a limit to how much content you can have on a canvas course with a fee account and do all of my courses combined contribute to that limit?  Thank you in advance for your response.

Deactivated user​, the cap in general for Canvas courses is 500MB - What is my File Storage quota for my course?

Side note I just thought of, I know if it's a paid account an admin can increase the file storage limit. Not sure if you can do this for the free account, but you could contact Support (click on Help link and Report a Problem) and ask to see if it's possible for your limit to be raised.

The storage max for a Free for Teachers Course hosted at https://canvas.instructure.com is 250 megabytes, so unfortunaltey you won't be able to import the file into your course unless the help desk rasies your limit as Kona described.
