This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment in version 2.2.
Teachers who are logged in under the root account in a Consortia environment are unable to access previous assignment submission attempts and will only display the most recent submission.
Teachers logged in at the root account in a consortia should be able to view and grade previous assignment submissions for all assignment types.
No workaround exists at this time.
Create a Canvas course in an account in a consortia that is not the root of the Consortia with at least one teacher.
Create an assignment in the course.
As a student, submit to the assignment(s) and then make a resubmission.
Log in as the Teacher on the mobile app in the root instance, select the assignment and select the student’s submission.
When attempting to switch to a previous submission on the assignment, the submission will not change to reflect the earlier attempt only shows the current.
The submission(s) are visible in the browser and also when you log in at the “local” account (i.e. apac-consortia-01)
