Description
Account level attendance reports are generating blank and not pulling from sub-accounts
Expected Behavior
Account level attendance reports should contain all information from the courses and sub accounts linked to it.
Workaround
Users can generate a report for each sub account but no workaround for a single report
Steps to Reproduce

Create a sub account ( 1a ) under root account (1)

Create a course in both account 1 and in sub account 1a

enroll students in both courses and publish the courses

take attendance in both courses

Pull an attendance report from root account 1

only the course directly under the root account shows
-
-
Pull an attendance report from sub account 1a
-
only the course directly under the root account shows.

This can be tried with a sub sub account with the same results
