[PENDING] Campaign Events aren't showing on Tool Adoption chart
A solution is being tested in a beta environment.
Description
Currently, you can create/add events to a campaign, but when you hover or click on it, the event (usually a vertical line overlaid on the chart) doesn’t show at all.
Expected Behavior

Campaign events and their labels show upon hover

Campaign events and their labels show when clicked
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Impact instance
2. Create new campaign (or you can use existing campaign)
3. Add at least one monitor for Tool Adoption
4. Create/add campaign event during the time period shown on chart
5. Hover over campaign event while tool adoption chart is in view. (Nothing happens, but a vertical line swith label should show.)
6. Click on campaign event while tool adoption chart is in view. (Nothing happens, but a vertical line swith label should show.)
