This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 8/28/24.

Description

When accessing the SCORM tool, users intermittently see the error “This website is under heavy load (queue full)”.

Expected Behavior

Users shouldn’t get an error when accessing SCORM files.

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.
