How do I add a rich text (open response) question to an uploaded assessment. When I upload an assessment, I see the +question, however open response is not one of the options from the drop down menus of question types.

@StacieKegley -- To add an open response item to a document-based assessment, you can use the +Question button to add a Rubric Criteria item or a Bubble Sheet Rubric Scoring item. This is because you could score open response items with a rubric, either by entering points (rubric criteria) or filling in a bubble sheet (bubble sheet rubric scoring).
