I want to add audio, but not text to speech.  Is this possible?

I am the Science Contact at my school & want to set up the trackers for teachers in grades 2- 5.  Is there a way to do this using my computer?

How do I add a question to an assessment? When I tried to edit an assessment I created, there was no way to add another question.

Student info was no showing up in tracker.  Deleted and tried to add her again.  It will not push her through into tracker.  It shows 2 messages.  One is green that shows she was imported and one in red.  She never shows in tracker.

I'm trying to create an assessment and when I go and try to edit it, I keep getting an "Oops, something went wrong message". I've refreshed the page numerous times and yet I keep getting this message. Please advise.

How do I add questions to my district test bank? When I add a question it only allows me to add to my personal test bank. Last year i was able to add it to the district bank so other teachers from my school and district could access the questions.

When I use grade cam to grade work it is assigning the grades to the wrong assessment from the same standard. How do I set it so that grade cam is grading the right assessment, especially if the assessment is only one standard, not multiple? 

I used the grading cam and all of my scores, except one, are zeros. It looks like the standards are being "graded" instead.

One of the tests is reading in Spanish. It is supposed to read it in English. I do not have any settings I see to choose the language of the read aloud. The questions are math questions in English. Please help.

Why can we not create assessments from the Mastery Item Bank?  Took me 15 min to find how to find the items; however, there is no button to save to assessment?  Also, can we no longer see reports from mult-standard test?  I miss the old platform!!

Teacher created math assessment has two questions identified as (Needs Grading), but Mastery Connect does not allow the teacher to do anything to the student response. Are we missing a step?

I am unable to click on Create a New Tracker in my science tile. I have all the assessments in my homeroom tile, I didn't want it there. I meant to put it in my science. However, now I can't add it.
