I was switched to a Lenovo Thinkpad and now the standards screen will just keep spinning. The grade cam part is working fine and updated. If I go out of the grading screen, then the grades will be there. Any suggestions?

Thanks, @AmereyJustus! I'm sorry you are still having isssues, and these browsers do appear to be up to date. Although the Thinkpad should be fine, there could be some hardware issues or internet connection issues. Another idea at this point is to follow these best practices:
Close all applications, including background applications
Restart your computer
Make sure you are connected to a good internet source -- a wired connection is best, but sitting close to a router is good, too.
Make sure no other device sharing your internet connection is streaming video, facilitating online gaming, etc.
You can also contact Mastery Connect Support to log a case and investigate this further. I hope you can get this working!
Hi @AmereyJustus! I am not exactly sure what is going on here, but for Mastery Connect, we do recommend a computer that supports the most recent browser versions and one that is five years old or newer with at least 1GB of RAM. I would first double-check that your Lenovo Thinkpad is not more than five years old and that you are using the latest version of your browser on that machine. I hope this helps!
Thanks for sending that info, @AmereyJustus . This could be more related to your browser. Is the latest browser installed on the Thinkpad? You could try using a different browser, and just see if that makes any difference. This article lists the supported browsers and performs a system check to see if you are using the latest version of your current browser. Try the check and also try a different browser if possible. Let us know if you continue to have issues. Thanks!
My chrome says it is version 105. and Microsoft edge is 105. I have tried both and both do the same thing.
