Mastery Connect activation emails

I have 2 new teachers that are not getting their activation emails to finish setting up their accounts.  We have checked SPAM and I have sent the activation email 3 times to them.

Since this issue may be particular to your account and users, I recommend contacting Mastery Connect support. They can investigate it further behind the scenes. Hope this helps!
