Mastery Tracker

When I go to the Mastery Tracker link on the left side of my course and try to link my mastery trackers using the SIS only 1 of my 2 classes is available in the drop down box. This means that students from only 1 of my 2 classes is in my tracker. How can I get both of my classes in my tracker? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.  Please email jennifer_houston@charleston.k12.sc.us as she is the Instructional Coach who is working on this issue.

Hi @jennifer_ramsey! I'm sorry to hear that this issue is happening. If you know who your Mastery Connect district administrator is, they should be able to help you troubleshoot this further. Are the Canvas classes you are trying to add to your tracker cross-listed sections?
