Performance Grader Issues

When our teachers grade essays or short answer in the Performance Grader, they can not move to the next student. They enter the score, click "save" - at that point,  the "next" arrow in the top of the screen should be available to click to access the next student. However, it stays shaded and is not accessible. 

Teachers have to exit out of the performance grader and go back in to get to the next student. This creates a lot of extra clicking and is time-consuming. 

I have tried to open Mastery Connect in both Firefox and Google Chrome and both are not allowing me to use the Performance Grader.

@AbigailThomas54 Glad to hear you tried Google Chrome, that browser is the preferred browser. I wonder, have you tried moving to another student in the left navigation bar? I just pulled up performance grader and was able to move to the next student.

Some other things that could be impacting the user experience: 

• Are you using Performance Grader inside of Canvas SpeedGrader?
• Is the assessment you are scoring a benchmark? If so, if the benchmark window has closed, teachers are unable to score assessments. Admin will have to reopen the benchmarks to allow for scoring.

Sounds like this was resolved within Mastery Connect. Let us know if you're still having any issues.
