In Mastery Connect, when a teacher is using the performance grader. If they save a grade for a student and then try to move to the next student to grade their assessment, they can not save. The only what to move on is to close the grader and reopen it.

They were able to push out a fix yesterday morning. It is working now.
We have had a support ticket into Instructure on this very issue for 3 weeks. Still not resolved.
We also have this issue. I hate to hear it is still not resolved. I will also add a support ticket - strength in numbers?!
hi @JamesSasser - I'm not aware of an issue, but you may want to contact support to see if any issues like this have been reported. I tried saving grades and moving to the next student and saving, and it seems to work ok. Is the Save Changes button grayed out when they try to save? Or does it seem to save but when going back, the save did not "hold"? There are two ways of navigating from student to student.. you could see whether they use the left side list or the upper right Next Student buttons. See image below.
It may a good experiment to have them use a different browser or device. It might also help to go more slowly from one student to the next.. thinking maybe something isn't getting "saved" behind the scenes and allowing more time for that might help. - Jen
@AbigailThomas54 @JamesSasser I am unable to replicate this issue. Are you using an updated Chrome Browser, can you cleared your browsing data?
