Roles and Permissions

Gave School Superintendent the District Admin Reports Role since does not want to be bothered with assessment details. But when impersonating the "Overview" Report does not show District Benchmarks, just formative tests from schools. Is there a better role to assign?

There is an Additional Permission named "Benchmark Reporting", please see attached screenshot for reference.
