How does students upload their show work on each problem?

Hello. For some reason on many of my tests, some items will spell out apos instead of just using an apostrophe. I posted an example below. Any way for Mastery Connect to remedy this issue? Thanks.

Hello-I am trying to give my students an assessment in canvas using mastery.  I made the assessment in mastery and when I go to student view and click on the assessment in assignments in canvas it says not authorized.  What do I need to do?
