Scheduling Assessments

Is there a way to schedule a testing window within a certain date or time frame without having to manually toggle the exam on and off? I am going on maternity leave and need to be able to schedule my future exams so the students can access them at the appropriate time to complete.

Hi SHANNONPROFITT, 

I don't know of a way to schedule an assessment in Mastery Connect.  You can add assessments to your trackers ahead of time, but once a student begins the assessment, the Test ID will expire in 7 days.

@SHANNONPROFITT - I don't know of a way to schedule a window either, but as @TracyMacedonia points out, you can control the "expiration" date. Use the Custom option and then specify the date and time you want the test to become unavailable. If you avoid showing it on the Student Portal, students can only access it when you provide the Test ID or make it available on the portal. Maybe a sub can do that while you're out.  - Jen

Not sure how you organization is structured, but you may want to enlist the help of a trusted collaborator that should handle these duties appropriately while you're on leave. Congratulations!
