Once an assessment has been created, we are extremely limited in the ability to alter it aside from cloning it and redoing it. As humans, we make mistakes and sometimes students interpret questions differently than we anticipate and we need to be able to adjust the answer key AND standard alignment on an assessment after it has been given. I know the re-scoring would be difficult but other assessment management programs manage this and it is so important for us as educators to be able to do.
Please allow the test owner/creator to change the answer key (multiple choice / points / standards alignment) after the assessment has been created. Even better if its after the assessment has been given but after creation is better than nothing. Then allow this owner to push these changes to the trackers using the assessment (much like CMAP changes are pushed to trackers). This would be game-changing for this program.
