[Mastery Connect] Option to Move Desmos Calculator

Problem statement:

I have a feature request from our Algebra teachers. The Desmos calculator pops up and will not move out of the way of their problem. On the state test they can move the calculator around out of the way. It would be AWESOME if the calculator can be moved around on the screen.

Proposed solution:

Move the calculator around the screen so that it is not in the way of the actual problem.
