Where is information/guides on "Welcome to the Assessment Builder!" ???

Working in MasteryConnect, cloning an assessment and adding additional items, there was a popup in the lower right with a "tour". When I looked on Instructure and searched there was nothing related.

Sider AI sidebar displayed good info, but there was no way to follow, find where it pulled from.

Some other good resources for using the assessment builder are How do I create an item-based assessment? and How do I create a document-based assessment? 

I think the "Welcome to Assessment Builder" only shows up the first time you access it, but these resources may be just as helpful.
