Why Would Analytics BETA Not Work in All Courses?

We have a course where Analytics BETA shows this:

But, the course has 6 sections and 1141 students:

And there are grades:

Other:

The "old" Analytics information does take a few minutes to load.

Question:

What could be causing Analytics BETA to not work for this course?

Hi cms_hickss, are you still experiencing this issue? If so, could you email me the course URL? I'm not seeing this issue in the courses you sent me before.

Canvas Support reports that it's a "lapse in service" and "Our engineers should have that service restored by the end of Monday Oct. 29 (at least that's the ETA). I don't have any information about what caused it, just that this is the projected time frame for a fix."

But, I will send you the information as it's still showing zero and that course is concluded (but the course is open until Dec 15th).

Sorry for the delay in responding. What Support finally told me was this course hit the threshold of 50,000 data points  (students * assignments).
