Access Denied to Student Video Submission in Speedgrader

My students made video recordings for Essay type questions on New Quizzes using the RCE (insert, media, record media).  When I go to Speedgrader, I get an unauthorized access denied error and am unable to view the videos for any of the students in order to grade them.  How can i fix this?

We have an open ticket about this with Canvas Support. It is a new but known issue (first reported to us last week). The recording in still available to the student in their Account > Files, and it appears to only be happening with New Quizzes, so the quickest work-around would be to create a File Upload assignment and have students submit the originally recorded video.

Are you willing/able to share your support ticket number with us?

Did Support provide you with the JIRA / ID of the known issue? I am asking becauase I looked at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Known-Issues/tkb-p/issues and I do not (at least not yet) see it posted.
