Anonymous New Quiz Update

Instructure latest update appears to be rolling New Quizzes into the anonymous grading feature in such a way that it hides the moderation logs. This creates a conflict between keeping student anonymity from faculty and being able to view the NQ logs for troubleshooting purposes as an administrator. HELP!

Near the top of the Canvas Release Notes (2023-11-18) - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com), there is a link for Feature Q&A: Canvas Release Notes (2023-11-18) - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com).  I would suggest posting your feedback to the Feature Q&A thread so that, hopefully, you'll get some feedback from an Instructure staff member.  It's good that you are catching things like that (I assume you have been trying things out in your school's "beta" environment) before the 11-18 release...so that if something needs to be looked at by Instructure, they can do so.

Thank you @Chris_Hofer. Great idea! I just replied to that post now. I have not been using a Beta environment. I am a Canvas admin at a college within the university (many more admins above me) and the New Quiz update released automatically for our Canvas instance. The University Canvas admins though asked me to post this question to the Canvas community page while on their end are going to reach out to our CSM.
