Hi there,
I have recently started adding Quizzes to some new Canvas courses, and it seems that when a student accesses and completes a Quiz successfully, the quiz confirmation page has no Next button, or other method to continue through to the next Module. Additionally, even the Navigation pane on the left is hidden.
See attached screenshot, where there are no Continue options, and only Return, which lets you complete the quiz again - which makes no sense, because in this case, the score is 100%.
Is there any way for a Next arrow to appear at the bottom as usual, or some other method? I find it hard to believe this is the default option for Quizzes. What are learners meant to do from here?
Thanks for the support.
Tom
I came here to ask the same question - How does the student know where to go!
I hope this helps... I have reverted back to Classic quizzes, and it works (for these simple 'have you done the thing' questions... ) I haven't managed to block progress until they say 'yes I have done the thing' the [Next] button appears regardless 😞 I think Classic quizzes also are a nicer interface. I hope this helps.

I ended up doing the same. It seems so strange that the regular quizzes are set up this way. One of my many grips with the way Canvas manages navigation, oh well.
