Feature Flag updates?

I was spending some time getting up to date on New Quizzes this summer to see if it's something we can start using more in the future and to develop our timeline for transitioning.  I find myself a bit overwhelmed with multiple discussion boards, timelines, transition pages, transparency pages, blog postings, etc. so I apologize if I am totally missing the answer to this.  

From what I can see there are the feature flags which are a critical aspect of an institution's rollout timeline so they can control when some of the key migration steps are pushed to faculty - it's usually a push/pull when we move to a new tool.

Are there ETA's on when we can use any of the feature flags in production, or are they already available in production?  I didn't see the ETA listed in the feature flag page, transparency page, in the timeline it sounds like they are available now?  I'd love to start timeline-ing but we'll need to know when the feature flags are available to do so accurately.  I wasn't sure if maybe the feature flags page was not yet updated or if the timeline is outdated.

@kroeninm I have also been trying to get a handle on this, Melanie. I believe that feature flags are not available in production, and specific ETAs have not been announced. The page about feature flags indicates that they're in Beta (which I do see in my institution's beta system: 3 account-level flags) but that they won't come to prod until the RCE integration, which does not have specific ETAs. This is not clearly reflected in the timeline or transparency pages. The timeline goals were set (I believe) last fall, and the dependency on the RCE integration was recognized later. @kroeninm In our production, we currently see the first feature flag New Quizzes Migration During Course Import/Copy. However, we have it turned off due to the last test we tested the migration during course import/copy it was not equivalent to our testing in production. We will return to this after our semester gets started.

Thank you for confirming, I didn't have access to check and was hoping all the flags were there - but now I'll watch the RCE phases timeline first 🙂 and when that's done will check back on the rest of the timeline...  Sounds like we shouldn't 'yet' start planning for migration.
