Upon creating a new quiz in new quizzes, an instructor found that the grade book column would populate the quiz with zeroes. We tried manipulating the grade book settings but it still showed as zeroes. Is it possible that there is a programming error on your end that is causing this?

So, I found that I could export the gradebook, change the zeroes to null (no score), and import the cvs file back to Canvas. The gradebook updated. While I still think this is a bug rather than a programming error. I do have a solution.

I attempted to recreate this issue today, but the new quiz I created showed null scores as expected for me. Has this error persisted for your users, @mmoore1 ?
