How to edit answer or add feedback in New Quiz Item Bank questions?

I have created New Quizzes using questions pulled from an Item Bank. How can I edit the answers if I want to fix a mistake (or add extra "fill in the blank" options), or add feedback, after students have already sat the quiz?

(In Moodle I could update answers etc, and get the quiz to re-mark, but I can't find these options in Canvas.)

It is still a bit clunky because it only marks completed quizzes, and it doesn't fix the item bank copy. So I need to edit both.

It would probably be ok in a final quiz, but I often use quizzes formatively, and students can re-attempt them and do them at different times. This makes the updating and re-grading process messy.

But that link is still helpful as a part-way solution. I didn't check in the Speed Grader before, I expected options available when just looking at the quiz and item banks....

Hey Craig,

Not sure if it will fix *all* your problems, but I just ran into a similar issue where I couldn't figure out how to edit the feedback. Turns out it's pretty straightforward. First, open the question in the Quiz. Then click "Edit in Bank". At this point you can add new answer slots (at least in multiple choice questions) and adjust which question is correct. You can also edit feedback but it's a little more hidden. When you open the question in the Item Bank, there a little icon at the bottom left of the question (across from the "Cancel" and "Done" buttons). If you click that, you can edit the feedback.
