Summary
In Canvas Credentials LTI 1.3, admin and issuers can mandate evidence submission for specific badges within a course.

Feature Workflow
Evidence Required for Completion Checkbox
When adding or editing a badge, select the Evidence Required for Completion checkbox.
Changes to Evidence Upload Confirmation
When editing a badge and removing the evidence requirement, a warning modal displays to confirm the changes.
Canvas Course Badges Display Evidence Checkbox
In the Canvas course badges tab, issuers can select the checkbox to require evidence for a course item.
Learner Progress Evidence submitted
In the Learner progress tab, issuers can see when evidence has been submitted.
Issuer View Reject or Accept Evidence Submissions
Issuers can reject or accept the submission evidence.
Evidence Acceptance Explanation Modal
When evidence is accepted, issuers can add text to the Explain why you accept the evidence field [1], then click the Confirm button [2].
Evidence Rejection Explanation Modal
When evidence is accepted, issuers can add text to the Explain why you reject the evidence field [1], then click the Confirm button [2].
Issuer View Evidence Submission Rejected
When evidence is rejected, the rejection evidence and the name of the issuer display.
Issuer View Evidence Submission Accepted
When evidence is accepted, a pill displays stating the evidence was approved [1] along with the name of the issuer [2].
Student View Submit Evidence
To submit evidence, click the Submit evidence button.
Submit Your Evidence Modal
Learners can add an Item narrative [1], then add the Item URL [2]. To review the evidence submission, click the Preview tab [3]. Lastly, click the Submit button.
Evidence Submitted View
After evidence is submitted, the submission information displays.
Evidence Rejected Submit New Evidence
When an evidence submission is rejected, click the Submit new evidence button to resubmit evidence.

Summary
Admin can allow issuers to manage the visibility of the Learner Record menu by enabling an Enable Learner Record from the Group checkbox in groups.

This feature improves the precision of control for the Learn Record menu at the group level.
Feature Workflow
Organization Specific Group Radio Button
At the Organization level, select the Specific Groups radio button to enable the Learner Record Access checkbox in groups.
Group Edit Page Enable Learner Record for this Group Checkbox
When enabled at the organization level, an Enable Learner Record from This Group checkbox displays in group edit pages.
