Impossible to import my badges png (but works with assertion json)

Hi,

I try to import my badges in my backpack.

With the PNG image, I receive an error:

...UNKNOWN BADGE...Error UUID...

It is strange because I can import with the URL of the (JSON) Assertion.

My png badge is validated with the validator.

I don't understand the problem.

Can you help me ?

As far as having difficulty uploading with the file upload, we would think this is something with the file itself having been corrupted. If the file has been resaved multiple times or transferred from external sources, we have seen image files having being corrupted for different reasons. It is hard to pinpoint the issue with a specific image file, however if you reach out to support@badgr.com we would be glad to investigate.
