Learning Services is excited to announce the addition of a new training course developed by TimelyCare to the Training Services Portal, available starting April 1, 2024. TimelyCare is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of college students through virtual medical and mental health care, striving to empower students to be well and thrive in all aspects of their lives.

In collaboration with Instructure, TimelyCare has crafted an engaging training course to help users better understand the benefits of the virtual health and well-being platform. Institutions with Essentials, Standard, or Premium subscriptions to the Training Services Portal will have access to this course. For guidance on accessing partnership courses within the portal, please refer to our Partnership Program Launch Blog post.

Learning Services is pleased to announce that the release of a new training course developed by Respondus has been added to the Training Services Portal on September 1, 2023.

The Learning Services On-Demand Training Portal is happy to welcome the launch of our Partner On-Demand Training Content program. A key part of our mission is to help everyone learn together. That's why our Canvas learning platform is open, flexible, and extensible. In addition to our own platforms, we partner with hundreds of like-minded companies offering integrated ed tech solutions by supporting tools that work hand in hand with Instructure products.

Training Services Portal will offer more robust filtering options, updates to progress indicators, a cleaner organization, and additional tabs to clearly separate K12 from Higher Education content. These changes are to be implemented on Aug 10, 2023, and clients should expect to see changes in the portal throughout the day.
