If you are having problems with some materials in your course, it's best to contact your instructor directly so they can check things out.
If you are getting a message that says "Access denied", then it generally means that either the powerpoint is not set to be available to students yet, or it often occurs when the course has been copied, and the link is pointing to the file from the previous course (which you would not have access to).
