Commons page loading help

When I click on the commons page, it takes me to authorization page, I click authorize and it says, "ooops your session time has expire please refresh and try again". This has been going on multiple days, what do I need to do?

Sorry that your question has been sitting out here unanswered for quite a while.  Were you ever able to get Common to work for you?  If not, have you tried reaching out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk?  Here's a link for you that may help: How do I contact Canvas Support? - Canvas Community.  Please let us know if we can do anything to help ... thanks!
