The specific error suggests that one of the sections in your course may be lacking a SIS ID. Perhaps, the section is missing its SIS ID. The SIS ID is added by the SIS when the section is created . If the section was manually created, it may not have a SIS ID. Does the section in PowerSchool have a SIS ID ? Is the section in PowerSchool ?

You may also want to let your school's Canvas administrator know about the issue and they can contact us on your behalf as well .
