Scores not syncing from Canvas quiz into Infinite Campus

I created a Canvas quiz for my students. All my Canvas grades are set to sync into Infinite Campus. The sync has worked for other scores, but those were assignments in which I manually put the scores. The assignment for the quiz synced, but all scores were missing after the students completed it.

I initially had the quiz separated into 4 sections, so after reading tips online, I thought that might be the issue. I reverted it back to "everyone" (after students had completed the quiz on Canvas) but the scores still didn't sync. I tried forcing a sync and remastering grades, but nothing worked. Eventually, I just manually input the grades into IC.

Does anyone have tips or suggestions for what to check or what to do to make future Canvas quiz scores sync correctly? thanks

The first place I would check is the Grade Sync page and check the actual syncs. If there's an issue with a sync, it'll either say Completed or Failed in red. Click on the word to open up the sync status and check the error messages. The error messages can be interpreted with the SIS Error Code dictionary for troubleshooting tips.

You also need to have setup both your Infinite Campus gradebook and Canvas assignments page for the connection to be made so that the assignments sync correctly to the right location. Here are instructions to do so. 

Lastly, if these tips don't help, contact your district's/institution's Canvas Admin as they have tools to help assist with Grade Sync issues.

We are also having this issue! The weird thing we're noticing is that the teachers did not intentionally set the multiple due dates. There seems to be a bug that separates "everyone" into sections with different due dates, preventing the sync from working. If you find any solutions or more information, please share!!
